Despite a friendly service and correct prices, i have left several times , various outerwear pieces and noticed that they hadnt been cleaned properly. It looked like they have only been Steamed w a steamer to remove creases but stains were not gone.

Great cleaners, very good value and very good service. I get my boyfriends suits cleaned and his shirts pressed there and they have always come back perfectly. And when I've needed my clothes quickly they've been done quickly! A great local cleaners.

I took my favourite mink fur jacket to fix the hole and came back as comletely damaged.
It is badly destroyed and totally ****ed, he was so irresponsible about it and didn't cover the cost of fixing it again.
I was very upset and never ever go there again!!
I recommend nobody to leave anything to them, you will get upsetting result with poor attitude.

I would like to apologies to ayami yet again. Although
Ayami has forgotten to mention a couple of things: £100 was given and accepted for compensation.
Before our disagreement the jacket had been repaired a number of occasion with us before and with other repairers (at least £100 had been spent quoted by ayami) mainly patching the same torn fur hide at the front of the garment.
Due to the constant amendments, fixing the problem wasn't possible, we made the already damaged jacket worse.
Again, I would like to apologise for what has happened, Ayami has been a very loyal customer with us for almost 10 years. I hope that we can put this matter behind us.
