Omar Dry Cleaning

i cant begin to explain the horrifically bad service i received to say that people should never go to this place to get there clothes dry cleaned in an understatement first of all i gave them my £300 dress and asked if they would clean off a light stain on the dress now the garment is pleated from top to bottom so i asked if they could just make sure to have it pleated after washed.

they said the dress could be ready the next day however when i came back the next day they said it wasn't ready i found this alarming but brushed it off and said i would come back saturday morning.

i went back the next day and asked for the dress they spent ten minutes hunting and came back saying they couldn't find it, and then the fat man came valiantly from the back holding it saying here it is when i looked at the dress the pleats were none existent it was terrible i told him i wasn't happy and i wanted the pleats put on the dress the man rudely responded saying the dress didn't need pleats and then i argued and said but thats how it was when i bought it.

they finally said ok we will put the pleats in so i came back four hours later too see the dress had been pleated terribly in the end i gave up and took the dress home i decided to just iron it myself however when i took the dress out of the bag the belt was missing and so i phoned the dry cleaners and asked for the belt and i was told they lost it, i finally had enough and went back to the store only for a lady to rudely come along and hand it to me no apologies no nothing they are terrible go there at your own peril they suck so bad it hurts my big question is why on earth are they still in business they should just stop customer care is clearly not a priority.

Used the cleaners for the first time and was very pleased with the results. reasonable prices and very helpful staff. Will definately return.
