I put my shoes in for a new sole and heel. They went in last Tuesday ready for Friday which I thought was slow. I went in to collect to be told they would be ready on Saturday. Visited Saturday and not ready, come back on Monday. Visited Monday and still not ready, asked to speak with the manager as the guy in store is useless and couldn't care less. Eventually after a heated argument they agreed to deliver back at 5. I eventually got my shoes back at 5:30, the workmanship is average at best and the price is more expensive than most other cobblers. Who knows where my shoes were taken to be repaired!? Terrible service, please avoid. My colleague also has problems with their dry cleaning service so avoid at all costs. My search begins tomorrow for a better service

I brought in a bag of laundry and they were able to get it back to me the same day. But they were not willing to fold it, just dumped the clean laundry in a bag all wrinkled and everything. Also it was all full of lint and dirt, looks like they never clean out their dryer.

Would not go back there.

We have used this company for a few months and everything was fine until we took a jacket in to have a missing button put back on. When we received it back we soon realised that they had shortened the sleeves instead! On returning to the shop they refused to acknowledge that they could have done it even though we had collected it from them only a few days before. Therefore we are left with one ruined work jacket. The customer service shown was very poor and be aware they are likely not to accept if they make any major mistakes.

Response from Mr Siddique Business owner
We as a small business have over the years built a very good relationship with our customers and continue to grow and expand our customer base . Our aim and sole objective is to ensure that all our customers receive the very best possible service available. When and if any customer feels they have been mistreated in any way it is our job to put it right.
You can imagine my amazement when a customer claims that they visited the shop to have a button replaced and instead the sleeves were shortened. It just doesn't make any sence what so ever. Naturally when any item is taken in for repair or cleaning the customer and shop will receive a copy (receipt) outlining exactly the job required, so both the customer and shop is fully aware of what needs to be carried out. We refute whole heartedly how we as a professional drycleaning business can shorten the sleeves on a jacket when a customer has asked for a simple button to be replaced.
