Took sheets and duvet cover in for dry cleaning on Saturday 1st April paid in full and was told it would be ready on 5th April. My mother in law (84years old) went to collect on 11th April and was told come back on Friday 14th April. She has mobility problems and had struggled to go to collect. On 12th April my sister in law went to collect the dry cleaning and was told that it wouldn’t be ready til Friday, but they said it would be delivered to my mother in laws house on Thursday. It’s now 8pm and no delivery of goods. This is a disgrace and terrible service to a 84 year old woman with mobility problems. The prices you charge are astronomical.
