I took my trousers for alteration and the owner told me it would cost £13. When I went to pick up the trousers, I found out he put £18 in the bill!
I was shocked as I was sure about the price. I had no option but to pay £18. When I heard from a friend that he did the same thing to her, I realised that the owner is a crafty, dishonest person. I’m really disgust with his behaviour.

I recommend Press to Dress. When I moved to the area I tried a different dry cleaner first but was not happy with them. Then I tried Press to Dress and have used them ever since. Great service, great cleaning results. They are not the nearest dry cleaners to where I live but I don't go anywhere else now. The guys who run the shop are great and know all their customers by name.

The 2 branches that i have used are extremely good. The cleaning is second to none and the service top class. Prices are very competetive despite the `classy' decor of the exterior and interior of the shops.I was expecting to pay way over the top for an item but it was not dear and the result was cleaner than any other shop I have been in.
I recomend this cleaners to any one.

I have used this cleaners ever since it opened. I have always been very impressed with the high standard of the cleaning and pressing of my clothes. They have done an express order for me and once even delivered an item of clothing to my house! How many cleaners would do that?
I took my wedding dress into them expecting them to say no go as it was really dirty but they said they would try and get best results. Best results? It came back as new. The guy had worked on it and given it several cleans! How many cleaners do that?
Their prices are very competitive and at the moment they have an offer of 4 items for £14. That is £3 50 an item!
I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

I would avoid, awful customer service.

This place is great! The 2 owner operators are all about customer service and pay close attention to detail. They are friendly and interested pleasing their customers. Our cleaning are always impeccably done and we always leave feeling special. I would tell people in Sutton, Carshalton and surrounding neighborhoos to go no where else
