Dont use Pembertons
i had such a bad experience with Pembertons, they never returned my calls, even when my boiler broke it took them 3 weeks to get back to me and get people in.
The place was a mess when i moved in, everything was sticky and it smelt awful.
They will scam you when you leave the property. The Account Manager there was incredibly rude to me.
They dont care about their jobs so they wont care about your living conditions.
Worst 6 months of any rental i have ever had.
