Whilst I was able to secure a decent flat through Hamptons, their 'after service' has been pretty disappointing. I've only been able to get urgent repairs done by constantly calling them, when the washing machine broke down they ignored the issue for quite some time, now they're refusing to carry out repairs without bothering to inform me.
