Very unprofessional- when we turned up for a viewing, made to wait for a long time for some reason. Then the lady realised she did not have the keys, and started to ring around for one. When we finally set out on the viewing, we realised they were showing around another pair of people at the same time, which she failed to tell us about.
When we went for a second viewing, the office was locked and the man turned up 15 mins late in a car, called out of his car and said he will meet me at the property. In the property, I had some concerns about varuious issues and asked him if it was to be resolved before we move in. He said he was "just there to show me the property," and avoided all responsibility for anything. I got slightly irritated by his comment and said how rediculous that was, so he gave me his manager's phone number and told me to ring him. Whilst the other two staff are at least friendly, this one was very rude and moody.

When we finally moved in, they had reassured us that the flat was ready, only to find no toilet seat, no washing machine, door and window frames not painted... and worst of all, there were no locks on the windows in one of the rooms & could be opened from the outside. It had not even crossed my mind to check for locks, as it is such a basic thing to have! I had to stay in an unsecure flat for several days, and workers finally came after 3 complaints. Oh, and they forgot to give us the keys to the flat- and made me wait for 2 hours in the flat for them. They clearly deal with dodgy properties with dodgy landlords- I cannot wait to move out, althuogh I doubt getting the deposit back would be easy. I do not understand why their admin fee is so large, considering they do very little.
