Poor customer service as soon as we walked into the door. Without listening to my requirements insisted I return with back statements and then take it from there. Very unprofessional. Lessons in good customer service skills would be of huge benefit here.

We would have to ask you your requirements to know what you looking for your budget, area etc. And the only time we ask for bank statements is when you have viewed a property you and you have liked it and paid a holding deposit subject to references. Iam afraid you might have gone into another agency.
