Unhelpful staff who only want your money rather than actually assist you in any way. Told me passport pictures for my daughter would cost twice as much as children take longer to shoot(the Kodak shop up the road nailed the pic in one shot for usual price) They personalised a t-shirt for my husband, mis-spelled a word and refused to change it, and tried to charge £2.99 for a single passport sized photo i wanted printed to keep in my purse. They will also blow up pictures for you without advising you whether the resolution can handle the size increase.
