I will never recommend this shop to any one.
I bought helium balloons about 5 of them I was charged three times more than what I was quoted, as it was my child's birthday the same day I had no chose but to pay and they refused to put any kind of Balloon Weight "which usually comes for free in all other shops if you ask to inflate the balloon".
Pantaloons wanted to charge me £2.50 for a £0.25 star Balloon Weight.

I am the owner of Pantaloons and I have answered this person. The reason that our prices are different for the web page are that our overheads are different for the web page than they are in our shops. It also clearly states this on the web page so we are not trying to mislead anyone.I find it sad this person is not happy to accept this comment and has felt the need to post bad feedback about us on the internet.

I recently bought some accessories instore as the shop is fairly local. After visiting their website later on I discovered that I had been charged 3 times the prices quoted on line for some of the items I purchased. I contacted them to query this but have not received a reply!
