The London office is hard to contact the phone had a message on in and no return call, Heathrow didn't answer and I had no way of solving my issues.
I tried the Malaysian airlines website and it is equally useless. I am an enrich member trying to get answers on a business class flight without success, similarly I am trying to redeem airline miles before they expire and cannot get to the redeem sector of the website. All avenues I have explored are equally useless.

The way they are handling the Heathrow fiasco is a disgrace. Messages on their website conflict with Heathrow. They don't answer their telephones.en they do it might as well be the cleaning staff who answer given thier responses. Appauling service at a time when they should be pulling out all the stops!!

I have a newly wed couple stuck in Istanbula the moment (having left Kuala Lumpur on Saturday evening) and am getting more information from them via e-mail than from the airline. The feedback to enquiries is ZERO. No telephones at the Cromwell Road Office are being answered and also the staff at Heathrow (where the flight is scheduled for) have no idea of what is going on, even though the passengers have been embarked today to fly at noon Istanbultime to Stansted, but were immediately disembarked because, apparently, the Stansted has run out of deicer!!
Also the Customer Service number has been continuously engaged all day (it may be a huge number of calls, but my guess is the phone is off the hook as I have been using redial).
This is a plea for information - that is some which is honest and timely. Non acknowledgement is not an answer. Its stressful for us in the UK BUT MORE STRESSFUL for those stranded.
Face to face customer service is rated as 1 - the actual service may be better!!
