I went in at lunchtime and the receptionist was the rudest most impatient person I have encountered for a very long time. All I wanted was a swimming timetable, anyone would have thought that I had asked her for the winning lottery numbers. Apparently 'she is alright once you get to know her', I DO NOT wish to get to know such an unfriendly person. I thought that receptionists should be friendly and offer a warm welcome to customers. SHE is none of the above and a muzzle would be good for her to stop her biting people

Reception service a lottery if you can find a person who wants to take you booking good luck !If you get a lady who's english is poor call back another time she has not got a clue she probaly does not remember who she is working for !!!
My client turned up for a booking that was made by the manager and there was no football coach to run the party,he did not turn up .
They then tried to make my client pay again for a party that was confrimed 3 months prior to the date . Contact was made with the sports centre five times confirming the booking .Email was sent with a booking confrimation .
Dont do it think again or bring your own staff in and just hire the space .
