A decent facility which is let down by the poor quality of staff. (Brittas Empire doesn’t even come close!)

Extremely rude staff, they seem to prefer chatting with each other than actually serving/helping customers.

I look forward to the new Clapham facility opening so I can cancel my Briston membership.

Recreation center suffers of often unhelpful and incompetent staff. Hall often filthy but this is also due to customers who throw away their garbage.

I'm annoyed that i never can tell when the sauna is open. none of the leaflets that apparently have the times for it, don't. Everytime i turn up it seems i've just missed it as it's different every day and every week it seems. I've tried to call up to ask when i can use it but the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. The website contains opening times for all the other facillities but not this one. Other than that i've never really had a problem swimming is fine and dandy. The programme of group events is healthy and varied and i'm liking the look of the climbing wall.

Too much automation. Illogical, over the top security. Sloppy (can't be bothered) staff. Bad management.
Changing rooms constantly filthy in the evening.
The few (very few) good staff members stand out from the crowd. Others should be inspired by them.
It really does seem that the wrong type of people are working there. Anyone can press buttons, but we want it to be a nice experience. Employ people not androids or miserable rude sods!
All the above has to (ultimately) reflect bad management.
My 2 point rating is because they put water in the pool!
