Twice I have contacted Zest regarding home improvement work and twice they have not shown willing. On the first occasion I telephoned them to request a quote for gardening work and despite leaving my contact details they did not return the call. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I called them months later regarding a bathroom refurbishment and while this time they came to view the job they did not bother to forward on a quote. As I live locally to this company I like to give work to local trade, but I will never bother with them again.

Dear Ms Campos - we are truly sorry that you had this experience and this does not reflect our standard service levels. That said, we can not find any record of visits in your name on our scheduling tool which is a bit strange as even an assessor is booked into the scheduling tool before he is deployed to site. That said, feel free to give us a call and we are happy to give you one hour of either plumber/handyman/electrician on the house.
