Dirty ticks no clean windows

All Clean London were appointed by our managing agent Optivo to clean the communal windows at our address in Putney (block of 22 flats). It wasn’t until our annual service charge statement was produced that we discovered that all residents had been paying for a years worth of window cleaning and All Clean London hadn’t cleaned the windows once during this time. The worrying thing about this company is the job cards they produced on the dates of their supposed visits had a pathetic drive by photo of our building (clearly taken from the window of a van!) which is a shocking case of fraudulent deception. Avoid this crowd at all costs, clearly very dodgy and taking advantage of having contracts where no one checks up on their work so get away with it! Shocking.
