Franco & Co

Had my haircut there recently and it was the one of the worst I've been to in london.

I asked for the most senior person and was booked in with Ashlee,staff looked bored and uninterested,place messy with hair everywhere on the floor but now to the worst.
Not only did my blowdry drop out after about 1 hour of leaving the place but when I did my hair at home one side is about 1 inch longer than the other and I cant even do anything with the short layers she cut in my wavy hair.

Definetly wont go back and will tell people to stay away!!!

The place looked like a dump even though they said they just redecorated.

I booked in for a mani/pedi which I purchased onlin from one of those voucher sites.

The staff gave the impression that they are so so high up in business, please you work in a salon. The girl that did my mani.pedi was so rubbish I don't know how she still works there. The manicure had no massage, no soaking feet or hands into a bowl so basic, if I knew that I would not have bothered purchasing it.

I will never go back there and I have many friends who live near there and go to university close to there and have told them never to try that salon, the treatments are rubbish and the staff are weird.

Disaster. I had the worst brazilian ever at Franco & Co.
The lady who does it looks like she doesn't have much experience or she is really really fed up with her job.

i've been looking for a salon since i moved from Canada last summer and went to try Franco & Co since its quite close to my new workplace. from the outside i thought it will be posh and intimidating but was quite surprise because it was nothing like that. the staff were very nice and i must add i had the best coffee in london yet and the lovely bicky! love the the dark floor but have to say the walls could do with a lick of paint. should have asked who compiles their music,great listening will definately next time.

I had an appointment in there for my hair to be cut and coloured, a couple of months ago.
The salon looked very worn out and the atmosphere was bad and a few members of staff i could say was quite abrupt and rude. I could not wait to get out!

was very please with the service i got on my first visit in september last year and have been going there ever since. my hair feels great even if i have highlights it doesn't feel so dry and strawy as previously. i would recommend Rebecca the girl who does my colour and it's friendly great atmosphere!
