Do not bother booking an appointment. They will make you wait over an hour without explaining or apologising or suggesting you to come back later. Awful. Truly awful.

First of all get some staff who are properly trained, especially for wax, treat your customers well and not be rude and unhelpful! My wax the other day was beyond terrible. The beautician who did it ripped my skin and did not take clean the wax off either. Do not use this salon.

Just book yourself in - you won't be dissappointed. Miro is absolutely amazing - always does a great job with my hair an lever lets me down. I'm always leaving happy and satisfied. Any other treatments like massage,manicure,pedicure,waxing and facial and i've had i've been more than happy with. Staff is really friendly,polite and welcoming - atmosphere is just lovely. It's also under new management who's always really welcoming and happy to advise you with all treatments.

Excellent services, welcoming and friendly staff (they even offer a tasty coffee!), professional treatments - I had a relaxing treatment that I am used to have in Brazil, and it was extremely well done and reasonably priced - and stylish place. I absolutely reccommend it! I had been looking for a reliable relaxing treatment and this was by far the best place I found!

Great place, great service, affordable price. They use green tea extract for bikini waxing and it is less painful than the strips method. Very professional and efficient. This place is a total gem and I'd definitely go back!

I booked in for a male bikini wax, and to be honest I do my bikini area every 3 weeks. This must be the first place in London I have experienced that do waxing at such a high standard. Its never looked so easy and never felt this un-painful, it was like second nature to the beauticians.
Well done to this place, its small, friendly and best of all, its got highly skilled staff!

The mani-pedi at Brazilian Look is the best i've ever had! It's a friendly salon and the nails girl really paid attention to detail - I couldn't have asked for more, especially as I was there on a deal. Great place and great people - highly receommended!

Hi my names Honey and i'm 17 , for so long ive ran from hair dressers to hair dressers fighting for the perfect look ! And so when i decided to go for a trim here ... my choice could have never been better ! the guy gave me a perfect cut and was soooo nice , if i wanted certain parts cut more he would just go ahead and do it :> they also styled my hair and it was bursting with volume and sexiness ! the only reason i said 9 and not 10 is because some of the people that work there cant talk english properly ... but for the price ... its unbelivable ! def going back! xxxx
