Royal Mail

Kept getting text messages that they would deliver a parcel but no cards put through. Tried to redirect parcel to work address on a weekday but didn't arrive. Put in a complaint & received a link to redirect delivery but couldn't use it as it ask for details from the card which as I TOLD THEM IN THE COMPLAINT, I NEVER GOT A CARD!!!

No deliveries except for tracked items. Waiting over 4 to 6 weeks for small packages. At least 5 in the post. Talked to postman today who was delivering tracked items. Says items are sorted into roads but no deliveries. Understand the issues with the virus but now situation is serious and nothing is being delivered, our road hasn't had deliveries for ages. Why can't they be cleared quickly by mass deliveries? Surely, backlog could be cleared quickly with concentrated effort?

My son REDIRECTED his mail to Muswell Hill N10 over 6 months ago - JUST HIS MAIL WITH HIS NAME, BUT ALL OUR MAIL - HIS PARENTS MAIL - now goes to Muswell Hill - anything with our FAMILY SURNAME gets redirected. My son (and also our daughter last week) have been in touch with Royal Mail to SORT OUT THE PROBLEM BUT IT IS STILL HAPPENING. I would not give you 5 stars - NIL AT PRESENT (cant change the rating manually). ALSO mail is being LOST - an important birthday card posted in Tesco Woodford Green in July HAS NEVER BEEN DELIVERED OR FOUND. Thanks for this - cost of birthday card and postage HAS BEEN LOST FOR EVER!!!!
