Mina's Nails

Very poor pedicure. After the pedicure I still had hard skin, ingrowth toe nails and sharp corners which has made my skin sore. Had a shellac Maicure done. It was uneven, and so thinly put on that it was still see through after 3 "layers". Each layer consist of 1 stroke in the polish pot and applied on 5 fingernails! And they call it one layer! I will not go back to this place and will definetly not recommend this place.

The service was awful together with the job they do. They didnt have enough people at that moment so everything was done quickly, some customers were left while the girl started another client already. In this case they never will be able to have their regular customers. I paid a fortune for the rubbish job they did, had a nail chipped off the next day, had to go back.. Very bad experience in that place, will never go back there..

They make their prices up on the spot depending on who you are. It's disgusting. Plus, their shellac manicures are no good, bubbles and uneven. Only lasted 4 days before it peeled off.

If you want rude, overpriced and generally BAD, unfriendly service then you have arrived to the right nail salon.

I went in there for a shellac pedicure, and even though the board in the salon said £30, they said the prices had gone up to £45. When I questioned this they told me I could pay the £45 or leave. I should of walked the hell out of there that instant. But I was running short in time and I needed to get a shellac pedicure for the wedding I was going to later that day. Had to swallow the price because I had worn trainers and therefor could not get a regular pedicure. Not recommende

Great service, Great quality. I am absolutely pleased to come here. They are purely honest people. I had no idea what I had on my nails before I came, I just knew It was gel. I talked to the manager and agreed to pay £10 take off. That was much cheaper than where I used to go. Then they knew it was gelish after cleaning the polish and they they tell me to pay less.
I had taken my friends to the shop as well and they love their nails, with gorgeous mani and pedi, one of them got really nice design .. which I will do for my next time.

My first ever manicure, went with a friend and it was a huge disappointment - we were quoted one price on the phone when booking the appointment, then when it came to pay, they charged us way more. When we queried it, the staff were unbelievably rude, even saying "I have a shop full of customers, can you just pay the money" despite the fact we were customers! The manicure was fine, but the attitude of the women there is disgusting - the way were were spoken to was completely unacceptable. If you must go here, check the exact price beforehand so you don't get ripped off like this.

I am completely satisfied with their service. I tried "shellac" a month ago, and I loved it, now I'll have nail hardener polish for 10 days as a treatment so my nails stay healthy,then I'll go back to shellac ;) I can only recommend it to everybody who wants to get their nails done for a very good and reasonable price and who wants healthy and stunning nails.

i wouldnt avoid this place at all costs! if you want to be spoken to in really bad broken english and want to leave the place bleeding by all means do. ive had gel nails for a long time but never experienced such bad service. they lady who did my nails had no idea what i wanted and didnt understand me when i told her i wanted gel nails. she proceeded to paint my nails with a nail varnish. when i asked her was she putting on gel nails she couldnt understand me. when the manager came over he explained to me that she was paintin my nails. she got so annoyed with my she had to take it all off she cut my skin and bled it on my thumb. she then carried on and went over the same spot with her machine to take off whatever she had put on. she then turned to her colleague to give out about me (i cant speak chineese but i know she was giving out about me) she was extremely rude and just to top it all off as i was finished with my nails under the dryer she turns on the dryer and just walked away from me. never came back to tell me to she was finished or how long to stay under the dryer. worst service i have ever recieved. i went here for pampering and i was sorely disappointed.

Brilliant value for money - £5 for file and polish change compared to something like £17 at well known high street manicurisits.

Great manicure and pedicure, long lasting polish, very clean and pleasant surroundings. No complaints!
