The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t patronise but just gave clear explanations as to how they could help with my tax affairs. They made me feel special even though I am sure they deal with people like myself everyday. It didn’t feel ripped off and thought the fee was good value for money. I would definitely use them again.
