Eagle House Surgery

Eagle House Surgery has good Doctors but the reception services are very poor. You have to wait ages on the telephone to get through to someone and when you finally do they are not very polite and have no empathy. Furthermore, patients are very rarely seen on scheduled appointment times (I have consistently faced delays of up to an hour).

I would suggest improvements on the automated services with less waiting times, perhaps more reception staff to deal with volume of callers. In terms of the waiting times I don't know if they can improve on this aside from reducing the number of patients

Eagle House surgery has good doctors on board, however, you may need to wait a lifetime in their phone queing system to book an appointment.

Also as their telephone number is a premium rate number, you may end up with a hefty phone bill at the end of the month.

Apart from their lengthy phone queuing system and premium rate number, Eagle house surgery is an established and well managed surgery.
