Turning 18 in March and I want to throw a party at a club (basement, private hire, exlusice area) for about 70 people.My budget would be around £500

I may be able to help, i work with all the top clubs in London.
The only way you will be able to do anything is unfortunately to tell your underage guests to stay at home and celebrate next year.
