Really let down by the customer service. Mistake made with our order and yet, even as a loyal customer we were laughed at down the phone when I commented that due to their mistake I would be going hungry that evening. I will never be ordering from them again.

I have used Jaipur for 6 takeaways. Sadly, the last occasion was very poor. From order, it took 1hr 40mins to deliver my food! This was the second late delivery in the last three orders.
If delivery times are long, advise the customer at order point, dont hang up (twice) when they complain.

The joipur is the best curry house in Exess and the whole area! They are really friendly to the regulars and it's a great place to go and eat as a couple or as a big group. Trust me it is a lot and I have never had a bad meal. They cater for all -whether it's hot, mild or veggie!

Jaipur goes from strength to strength. Although we have a choice on Indian restaurants where we live, we prefer to travel because we are guaranteed excellent food and top class service. Strongly recommend readers to check this restaurant out. You will not be disappointed. S&S, Wanstead.

Yesterday when i went to the Jaipur restraunt with my family i had really and a really great service. the food was upto my standards and the staff were nice. they are a credit to the restraunt. I strongly recommend it to others. i will defenetely be going again this time with my friends.

I went to Jaipur rest today with my friend.As we went in we were welcome by the staff.
we were given choose where to seat.The staff are very polite.we ordered the starter,main course and side dish.we did not have to wait too long for the order.The food was very tasty and very satisfying.we have enjoyed our food in a long time.
The food is very good value for money.
The service we have recived from the jaipur team was excellant I would recommend many of my friend and family to go to Jaipur.

I have eaten in jaipur many times i find that the staff are very helpfull the food is of an excellent quality and would highly reccomend this resterant to people.

Yesterday,i went to Jaipur and i was sooooooooooo shocked, i have never ate any indian food that is so sesational. I've been to different indian cusine restaurants but jaipur was the best one out of all of them. The staff are kind and sweet. The managers name was Mr Meah. I don't know how to describe him because he is such a lovely gentleman. The food was so scrumtious. Well done to the chef and manager. Thank you for giving me the best evening i've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yesterday was the first day i've ever visted an indian restaurant.
I was amazed by the outstanding food. I just loved the food. The staff were very friendly.I'd recommend the people which have never visted there to go.

First Class! My wife and I have been eating here since it opened and have never been disappointed. The welcome from the staff is warm and the ambiance is excellent. The quality of the food is first class and it is a welcome change to have well prepared indian food which is not swimming in oil. There is a good choice of dishes available with something on the menu for most tastes.We have recommended this restaurant to our friends and will continue to do so. Areal treat. S&S, Wanstead.

I visited jaipur couple of weeks ago recommended by my friend i must say it was a well presented restaurant good customer service the food looked very appetising and tasted very delicious i even was surprised with few freebies which was very nice and again very delicious i would definetly visit again and strongly recommend to others and a great venue for private partys

just have visited jaipur indian restaurant. have to say it is the best indian food i have tried. excellent customer service. excellent decor with very nice atmosphere. beyond all the food was fantastic and value for money.

Jaipur is an excellent resturant for indiam cuisine. The staff there are pleasant and the service is excellent. They serve the nicest indian dishes and the chicken jalfrezi was succulent and filled me up. I hope to go to Jaipur again.

Jaipur is a fabulous resturant. They cater some of the best inian cuisine i have tated and the service is really good. The staff are very friendly and polite and they treated me very nicely during my visit.

i went to the jaipur resturant today and had an astounding meal. The service was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. I enjoyed my meal and have never tasted anything so succulent. The side dish that i had was called aloo gobi and it made me feel as if i was in heaven. i also had a a chicken jalfrezi dish and it was mind blowing.I hope to visit the resurant agian.
