Prism

Prism is a favourite with the City crowd, serving up modern British food in stunning surroundings. The menu is cleverly devised so that you can have either a fully blown meal with several courses, or just a light meal. As well as starters, mains, sides and deserts the menu has sections such as "small picks", featuring canape style dishes, perfect for sharing whilst reading the rest of the menu; "Something potted", which offers traditional favourites such as potted shrimps and sea trout. Prism is renowned for the quality of its meat - the grill section features meat sourced from the Ginger Pig, with the 50 day aged beef a speciality.

Prism also has two stunning private rooms and a great cocktail bar in the old vaults which also serves great food lunch and evening. At night the Brasserie converts slickly into a lounge bar, still serving the full menu but with a laid back, cool vibe.

Available for private hire, weddings and civil ceremonies, throughout the week and weekend.
