You have to book -- and it's worth it. Great food if you like food with "guts" -- not literally (so far as I know) but there is certainly some offal and, generally, food with crunch and panache and taste .... -- and interesting wine list. The place is small and the staff are fine. It's not madly cheap unless you are ultra careful but ultra careful is not the style of this place. It's right there in central London and wow!!!
