Celebrated restaurant serving Turkish food at its most delightful. Standards are exacting. The 'meat and chips' is a must have - New York magazine called it a 'playful but mysterious little dish'*.
The aloofness of the staff only adds to the dining experience. The rejection of a request to add salad to my entree of 'meat and chips' only added to the feeling of privilege to be dining there.
