I have been going to the Romna in Seymour Place since 1972. I have used other Indian restaurants over the years but always finished up going back to the Romna because it has remained constantly good and one always gets a very friendly welcome. I have taken many friends there and they have all, without exception, agreed with my rating of the food and general ambience.
The Romna is owned and run by a Bangladeshi family so, not surprisingly, there are some Bangladeshi dishes on the menu which makes this "Indian" restaurant rather special.
Romna is an Indian restaurant that serves a variety of Balti and Tandoori dishes. A takeaway menu is also available.
