I went this evening with a couple of friends after work for Richoux Cream Tea. It was delicious apart from the service. We were served by a lady called Marianne (who was the manager). She started giving us a lot of attitude. When our hot chocolates came I drank mine but at the end realised that the mug she had given us was dirty as my friend's had no stains on it, mine had rock hard stains that I couldn't even scrape off with a knife! Marianne looked very sheepish when she saw me scraping and refused to take our payment - so we waited 30mins to pay! When the manager serves you knowingly in a dirty cup I think it's very worrying! Shame on you Marianne, that's the last time we go to Richou
