I booked a large table for some leaving drinks at the bar only to be called the day before (a Friday night) to say a private function was actually taking place-no real apology for completely messing up our plans or offer to help us get somewhere else. Typical of their lack of warmth or respect to customers I'm afraid! They clearly had this function already booked so big oversight to then book us in.
On several times we have had to send food back- as for examples filo spinach and cheese parcels- contained no trace of cheese at all, quite shoddy for the prices they charge. Cocktails are totally gorgeous- but overpriced. There is also a very very rude South African assis
CVO Firevault is an integrated multi retail space encompassing a contemporary fireplace showroom, a clothes shop, a restaurant and bar. The restaurant offers anything from breakfast and light snacks to a three course meal consisting of modern English dishes. There is a laid back atmosphere where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a meal amidst tables, chairs and sofas. There are also two 'Firevault' booths that seat up to 15 people. Last orders for food is 9.15pm.
