Cactus Blue is an upmarket Mexican/Wild West joint spread over several levels around a large central bar with a great atmosphere. It is usually full of urban cowboys checking out the selection of tequilas and impressive range of cocktails. The food is in a similar vein, with adventure taking on traditional south western dishes with variable results.

If you want a good Mojito...Cactus Blue is the place to go. They're outstanding! I haven't eaten dinner...only been here for drinks and appetizers a few times. Both good, but pricey. Staff seem to take good care of the customers. But that climb to the women's loo...geez! Take your hiking boots and O2 tank...it's like climbing Everest!
