This restaurant is a family favourite. Unlike some of the other comments, I have found that the food often arrives on time and is not to mention very tasty! I would strongly recommend the peshwari naan. Anyone who enjoys hearty Indian food, should love Indian Moment.

bland, lukewarm food delivered 30 minutes late (1.5 hours in total), for which we received no apology. Had to beg for a 25% discount off the bill that we had already paid by card. 5 days AND 2 phone calls later still no refund. Basic customer service issues need addressing.

Food is great here but always a wait, tonight was the worst ever, it took 1 hour for a takeaway collection at the restaurant for 1 person, got home only to realise they forgot the main dish sauce, very disappointed with Indian Moment, they obviously cannot cope with too many orders and staff were not compassionate at all!

Friday night is too busy, and despite friendly service, it took over an hour for the main course to arrive, and we kept having to remind the staff about our drinks order.
Good Thali dishes, but the long wait was not suitable dealt with by the staff at the time. Perhaps go on a week night to avoid the crowds.
