Consistently voted one of London’s favourite restaurants, Chiswick’s Chez Bruce has been going strong since 1995. Inspiration comes from classic chefs from yesteryear like Elizabeth David and Larousse rather than modern methods, and this approach has served them very well. Plenty of care goes into the preparation of the dishes, even into their cheeseboard.
Matt Christmas is head chef, while Bruce Poole and restaurateur Nigel Platts-Martin (the Square, the Ledbury) are directors.
