Owner very rude

Our group of 5 people were given the wrong drinks, no cutlery or plates for poppadams and frozen samosas for starters.
Then waited a further hour to be served with cold tandoori chicken, which the head waiter acknowledged with ‘well what do you want me to do about it’? Finally presented with the wrong bill, then when the correct bill came, the returned cold chicken was on the bill.
When we offered to pay for what we had, we were greeted with a tirade of abuse, threats from the kitchen staff, and finally told to f**k off. All this in front of a crowded restaurant.

I often go to this place as it opens till late. Very friendly customer service, but this can not beat the amazing taste of their curry! Would recommend, particularly PASANDA with Garlic Naan! ;)

A lovely restaurant hidden away from the main restaurants of richmond. Staff are very attentive and friendly, and soon get to know their regular customers. a creative, extensive menu for vegetarians and omnivores! Some of the best curries I have ever eaten. don't be afraid of th bananas!
