It’s on the 33rd storey of London’s tallest building, what more could you ask of a view? The Shard’s Hutong offers food from all over China with an emphasis on the north, so expect some fiery dishes. At lunchtime there’s a dim sum menu with indulgent options like baked Wagyu beef puffs.
The 8th floor of the Oxo Tower is home to two eateries: the casual brasserie, with St. Paul’s in the background, and the more formal <a href="http://www.allinlondon.co.uk/restaurants/restaurant-1473.php">restaurant</a> overlooking the South Bank. In the summer months the alfresco terrace is in high demand.
There’s a classic French menu at this D&D-owned restaurant, which also boasts a heated terrace and roof garden, from where you can spy on the hurried population of the Square Mile.
