And Head Chef Ian Pengelley has designed a delicious three-course menu for just £50 per head. Start with the ultimate aphrodisiac – tempura oysters, followed by loin of venison with wasabi-celeriac puree or salt-crusted sea bream with a soy-onion dressing. For dessert, linger over a familiar favourite – hot chocolate fondant with vanilla ice-cream.
