London College of Fashion launches Pop-Up Shop

Love London

One of the country's most prestigious fashion institutions, London College of Fashion, has launched its very first pop-up retail space in the heart of London's biggest shopping district.

A stone's throw from the college's Oxford Circus HQ, COLLEGE SHOP opened this week in Kingly Court, Carnaby Street's haven of independent shops and quaint boutiques. Open for just over two weeks (until Wednesday 28th September), the shop will stock a limited selection of one-off creations from a host of the college's legion of multi-talented alumni.

Shoppers will be able to pick luxury, affordable pieces by future design stars. Stock will rotate daily allowing clients to discover beautiful one-off designs from recent graduates in womenswear, menswear, footwear, accessories, jewellery, fashion photography and illustration alongside more established LCF graduates from the last 5 years including hot young designers William Tempest, Ada Zanditon, Beatrice Boyle and Hasan Hejazi.

Selected by a buying team including Angela Quaintrell – former buying director at Liberty - pieces will start at just £20 and go up to over £400 – with most pieces between £100 and £250. Also on sale will be exclusive branded COLLEGE SHOP organic cotton canvas bags (free with purchases over £50), the new issue of Pigeons &
Peacocks LCF’s exclusive magazine, oyster card holders and postcards designed by Fashion Illustration stars Beatrice Boyle and Noro Kim. Each piece will have a unique item number, and will be signed by the designer,
with an accompanying statement of authenticity.

OPENING TIMES:
Monday – Saturday: 11.00 am – 7.00 pm
Thursday: 11.00 am – 8.00 pm
Sunday: 12 midday – 6.00 pm
