You may have noticed, I have something of a massive beauty crush on Chanel. I love everything they create. The colours, the packaging, it's all so perfectly slick and sophisticated I have to fight hard not to buy the entire collection each season.
The latest to hit those oh so stylish shelves is the Las Vegas Collection, a mini collection celebrating Sin City in all it's glory, inspired by the dusty desert sunset strip and the gold-plated dreams of her visitors. Golden elegance runs throughout from the Rouge Coco Shine in Brillant (£23), a melt-away golden sheen for lips, to the gilded Le Crayon Lèvres lip pencil in Vegas Gold (£17.50) to accentuate a dazzling smile, not forgetting the Midas touch of Le Vernis in Gold Fingers (£17.50) for shimmering nails.
The pinnacle of the collection however has to be the Lucky Stripes palette (£48), emulating the glitzy spirit of Las Vegas in a gorgeous powder. Four shades of sand and bronze illuminate the face, highlighting contours and cheekbones for the ultimate golden glow.
