DRINKS NEWS: Introducing the new Baileys Chocolat Luxe...

London Art Scene from The Art Stop

What happens when melted chocolate meets creamy alcohol? Why, it's Bailey's new Chocolat Luxe, of course!

Yes, the Irish cream experts have finally launched their brand new Chocolat Luxe edition (who knew it could get even more dreamy?) - a product that has taken them an impressive three years and 839 failed experiments to achieve.

The finished recipe was created by Anthony Wilson, a senior scientist at Diageo - and has been made with Madagascan vanilla and 30 grams of Belgian chocolate per bottle - and contains 1.3 per cent less alcohol.

It tastes deliciously sweet - and quite miraculously, doesn't just feel like you're drinking chocolate-flavoured Baileys. Rather, a whole new rich chocolatey-whiskey combination cocktail. It goes down pretty easily, too.

The sexy dark blue bottle is already exclusively available to buy at Harvey Nichols Wine Shops, priced at £16.99 for 500ml. It will be available in all retailers from mid-September.
