BodyBoss says sayonara to boring workouts

Love London

I’m the first to admit that I hate working out. I’ve never been sporty, I’ve never enjoyed the gym, I haven’t been running since I was forced to as part of hockey practice in Year 11 (ahem… a mere 16 years ago…). I was the kid that paid her friends to do her races on sports day and lied to her PE teachers about being out of action for six months after foot surgery when really it was only meant to be six weeks…

Twinned with the fact that I love food, wine and eating out means I’ve never been of a particularly slender physique, however the time has come where I’d like to tone up a tad, improve my fitness and generally feel a bit better in myself. It’s unlikely I would ever be particularly fruitful signing up to an actual gym unless I had someone whipping me to go, but the prospect of a simple, fuss-free, at-home workout, that can be done in small doses and still have a profound effect is something that ticks all my boxes.

Step forward BodyBoss. It’s exactly that and has been developed to meet demand for an at-home workout that can be done any time, anywhere; all you need is 24 minutes, three times a week. Promising real results in less thatn two weeks, the book is full of straight-forward, clear and effective workouts. It has an impressive run of positive reviews; a survery in July indicated that 93% of customers would recommend it to a friend and 80% have experienced weight loss with 75% of these dropping more than one dress size.

Expertly designed high intensity workouts are the foundation of the BodyBoss Method, with a 12 week step-by-step training programme designed to rapidly burn fat. Apparently the biggest benefit of the BodyBoss Method over other workouts lies in the afterburn effect, or what BodyBoss call, the #BossEffect. After completing a BodyBoss workout, the body completes a range of functions to recover from the short burst of intense exercise, burning calories and accelerating fat loss for after your workout, even while you sleep.

The The BodyBoss Ultimate Body Fitness Guide contains:
• 12-week fitness programme
• 60 exercises across 48 workouts
• Optimised training cycles
• High intensity circuits
• Body goals worksheet
• Four week pre-training guide

This is one gym-hater who’s going to give it a go. Wish me luck - I’ll report back in a few weeks on my BodyBoss journey and let you know how I’m getting on!

The BodyBoss Ultimate Fitness Guide is available in an online edition (£39.90) and in print (£54.90) though for a limited time offer, the online and print edition can be bought together for £54.90 from www.bodyboss.com
