The new studio bringing a taste of New York fitness to London

Love London

There's obviously no shortage of fitness studios in London, yet every so often one comes along that shakes things up a little.

This month has seen the launch of DEFINE.London, a New York import bringing its unique classes to Fitzrovia with a mix of body-burning, stretching and strengthening systems to help achieve a strong, lean, sculpted body through an evolving mix of fitness exercises, simultaneously combining strength training and cardio so not only are you burning fat you are building long lean muscle. Using an intense mix of isometric moves whilst incorporating cardio infused sequences throughout the class, it keeps metabolism high while switching up the choreography in each class keeps workouts fresh and muscles guessing.

Founded by former Broadway regular Ashley Verma after an injury ended her 16 year career, she combined years of teaching fitness in New York with her physical therapy routines to launch the Define.London brand which now has 10 unique class concepts under its umbrella, the latest of which is the the never before seen concept of DEFINE Barre Balance, bringing an exciting variation of the traditional barre workout to UK shores for the first time. The class, exclusive to DEFINE.London, incorporates the fundamentals of barre fitness with the bosu ball to take the famous workout to unprecedented levels.

Classes include Barre, Mat, Dance Cardio, Run Club, Stretch, Arm & Ab Express and Mat Express. Head to www.define.london to find out more and book into a class at the new Great Portland Street studio.
