Bluebird Chelsea is partnering with world renowned English sparkling wine, Nyetimber, to present a ‘Best of British’ virtual dining experience.
For one night only, guests will be taken on a gastronomic journey at home, as they prepare and cook a delicious four-course meal, guided by Bluebird’s Executive Chef Henrik Ritzen and enjoy a live wine tasting hosted by Nyetimber’s very own Brand Ambassador, Alec Robinson.
The meal kit, containing all the ingredients and a selection of carefully paired Nyetimber wines required for the special evening, will be sent out ahead of the event to then be cooked and enjoyed on the night. The menu for the event features:

The experience will begin via Zoom at 6:45pm, for guests to join in live. They will be guided through the evening, from cooking the dishes to tasting the wines, with enough time to enjoy each course. The event will then finish with a Q&A session with Henrik and Alec at 9pm.
