Get set for another summer of feasting as the menu has been revealed for this year's Pub in the Park, the food-fuelled party in the park thrown by none other than Tom Kerridge himself.


This year PUB 150 is serving up an incredible menu of 150 dishes across nine festivals, making it the largest menu touring Britain this Summer! Pub in the Park is also mighty proud to host 13 Michelin starred chefs and feature 10 of Estrella Damn’s Top 50 Gastro Pubs.


Some of the industry’s most revered chefs will be plating up exceptional food including Pub in the Park festival frontman and two Michelin starred chef Tom Kerridge, Britain’s youngest ever Michelin starred chef Tommy Banks, pub chef extraordinaire and Marco Pierre White protégé Stephen Terry, the highly-accomplished Angela Hartnett, proud Yorkshireman Andrew Pern, award-winning food writer and chef the Ben Tish, chef brothers the awesomely talented Chris and James Tanner, rising-star Ruth Hansom and London-based talent Karan Gokani. 


PUB 150 is a truly impressive collection of dishes from our country’s greatest chefs. The first wave of dishes have been announced, featuring 109 dishes sweeping through a broad range of culinary styles: classic and retro flavours take centre stage this year with Mexican and Spanish influences also making the cut, as well as well-loved pub classics elevated to delicious culinary masterpieces. 


Tom Kerridge’s The Hand & Flowers will be touring a lush menu featuring a Pork Belly and Smoked Cod’s Roe Taco served with apple ketchup, crackling and pickled red onion as well as his rendition of a classic British Steak & Ale Pie.  Atul Kochhar will return with his best-selling Murgh Tikka Masala Pie - tikka masala, mash, berry chutney alongside Malabar Meen Kari – spiced fish curry with tomato & coconut plus, new arrival Tommy Bank’s Made in Oldstead will be treating guests to his Bourbon & Chicory Pulled Pork Bao with glazed Oldstead Kimchi, amongst other stunning dishes. The Star Inn will be serving their signature ‘Spiced K.F.P’ AKA Kentucky Fried Pheasant, Siracha slaw, Henderson’s hot wing sauce and toasted sesame.


Stunning seafood dishes also feature heavily on the PUB 150 with SANKEY'S Po Boy; panko king prawns, chipotle mayo, fresh lime in a brioche roll; The Dog at Wingham’s Soft shell crab, squid ink bun and chilli miso fennel; newcomer The Princess Royal’s Wild Bream Crudo, Yellow Peach, Chilli, Mint & Bottarga; Bar 44 bringing the Spanish sunshine vibes in the form of Arroz Mariscos a shellfish bisque braised bomba rice, queen scallop, wild red prawn, crab and sherry alioli; The Victoria’s Beer-Battered Oysters with seaweed mayo, and The Princess of Shoreditch, Hake and Scallop En Croute with cider sauce. 


Slow-cooked meat takes centre stage with Cue Point, who joined the Pub in the Park family last year, returning due to popular demand with their incredible 16-hour Oak Smoked Brisket Naco alongside London institution; Hoppers, with their famous Bone Marrow Varuval and Roti; The Cross at Kenilworth with an Eight-hour Braised Beef served with mash, glace carrot, ale sauce, pickled walnut and crispy onion; The Small Holding with Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs, miso glaze and crackling and Roth Bar & Grill’s Somerset Wagyu Reuben Brioche Bun.  


If meat isn’t your thing, then the eateries not- be to-be-missed include Holy Carrot and their Sexy Tofu with Aubergine, red pepper and peanut sauce; The Princess Royal’s fried courgette flowers with ricotta, tomato and ginger sauce; Café Murano with Ricotta Tortelli with sage butter; The Churchill Arms with their lentil, chickpea and butternut squash dhal, and The Kentish Hare’s take on Mexican street food with Elote street corn and crispy quinoa crusted cauliflower. 


Bourbon whiskey brand, Buffalo Trace has teamed up with James Knappett’ The Cadogan Arms to serve up dishes that pair perfectly with their drink menu including gorgeous Crispy Boneless Cornish Lamb Ribs with anchovy & sorrel yoghurt and buttermilk fried chicken, blue cheese sauce and Bubbledog’s hot sauce!


With London dates including Wimbledon, Dulwich and Chiswick, you won't want to miss a line up accompanied by tunes from Rag ‘N’ Bone Man, McFly, Kaiser Chiefs, Melanie C, Craig David TS5, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Natalie Imbruglia, The Human League, The Cuban Brothers, Happy Mondays and Huey Morgan.
