Another day, another delicious bit of summer dining news!
Clapham favourite Trinity is preparing once more to open its summer terrace, Trinity Outside, in partnership with Maison Ruinart.
Outside will feature a selection from a short menu of wines from the Trinity list, including Dom Ruinart, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, R de Ruinart, and Ruinart Rosé served by the glass. Guests can also indulge in the main wine list from Trinity as well as experience all four of Trinity’s own seasonal gins. The restaurant will showcase a mobile bar and kitchen, with a seating capacity of up to 25 guests, for walk in guests only.
The menu will feature a range of Mediterranean-inspired small plates, including Gordal olives, freshly baked baguette, Trinity House Charcuterie, Guindillas, Fine de Claire oysters, Galician Sea urchins, Iberico ham Jamon De Bellota, Burrata La Latteria with citrus, olive oil & chili, Ortiiz Anchovies with radishes, Bonito Del Norte Tuna with beans and red onions, Cornish Lobster roll, Calamari Fritti with Aioli and Lime.
In addition to these small plates, guests can also enjoy the hot dishes changing daily, which might include Rose Veal and oregano meatballs with passata and 3-year aged parmesan, Cuttlefish, chickpea and nduja stew, aioli, and Koffman fries or Adam’s signature sardine bolognaise.
Trinity Outside provides a perfect spot to enjoy the Mediterranean summer vibes while savouring authentic flavours and of course their own Rosie Rose wine. The casual and fun ambiance of the outdoor restaurant is ideal for relaxing evenings with friends, family, or a romantic night out.
