OUR MUST HAVE SUMMER BEAUTY BUYS

Love London

A good hydrating facial spritz is an absolute must have, especially in hot weather. Angela Langford founded her own range of natural and organic skincare after living in Spain and being unable to find what she wanted in the shops. Cue creating her own! Her freshen Up Hydrating & Refreshing Tonic, with rose, orange blossom and aloe vera, keeps skin refreshed, calmed and hydrated. It’s deliciously cooling on a hot day and a favourite for the holiday handbag. £14 for 100ml from www.angelalangford.com

This Works In Transit Camera Close Up has become a summer staple. A mask, moisturiser and primer in one, it leaves skin super smooth, and perfectly primed in seconds, while the handy twist-and-squeeze lid and nifty size make it the perfect addition to your in-flight toiletries pouch.(£33, 40ml www.thisworks.com)

Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask (£49, 64g www.cultbeauty.co.uk) is a apparently a firm favourite with a certain Kimmy K, and for good reason. Packed with nourishing vegan ingredients, this mask is the most hydrating one we’ve tried. It’s an absolute must for long-haul travel (or just a pamper night in) thanks to it’s potent punch-packing ingredients of hyaluronic acid, glycerin, niacinamide, allantoin and panthenol.

We’re a little obsessed with the Ultra Violette Preen Screen SPF50 Reapplication Mist. As an Australian brand they know a thing or two about sun protection and this delicate formula is packed with goodness. The combo of moisturising vitamin E, balancing niacinamide, brightening Vitamin C, calming and soothing bisabolol and aloe vera makes for a cocktail of nourishment for summer skin. Spritz on the go for all day protection. (£32 www.spacenk.com)

BYROE is a brand from across the pond that aims to harness science and natural ingredients to develop clean, cruelty-free skincare. With formulas tested on a panel of over 200 men and women with different skin types and tones, they’ve done their research as to what works. Recently launched at Sephora UK, we tried a couple of their detoxifying tea-infused products and have to say we’re impressed. The Hibiscus Tea Glow Mist (£63) is delicate, glow-boosting facial mist formulated with Hibiscus Flowers, plant-based Calendula Retinol and Raspberry Seed Oil, soothing on the skin whilst leaving a healthy dewy finish for makeup and great after cleansing. The English Breakfast Tea Treatment Essence (£84) contains a restorative blend of Black Tea, Pro-Vitamin B5, Squalane, and probiotic-rich Kombucha to deliver enzymes, nutrients, and vitamins directly to the skin. www.sephora.co.uk
