An exciting new four-hands dinner series by Claude Bosi is taking place this autumn at his two Michelin-star Brooklands by Claude Bosi at The Peninsula London, with the final date coming up next week.
Claude & Co has been joined by some of the world’s most celebrated chefs to create unique, one-night-only tasting menus, each dinner a true collaboration, with the chefs alternating courses and bringing their own style, creativity and passion to the plate. September saw Thomas Straker partner with Bosi on a menu celebrating the Best of British Game, while October's guest was three-Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler, known for his sustainable, mountain-inspired cuisine.
On 11 November Swiss chef Sven Wassmer, also holding three Michelin stars and a Green Star for sustainability, joins Bosi for the final event of 2025. Wassmer’s cooking is deeply connected to the Alps, with a focus on clarity, purity and produce at its peak. This special dinner blends two distinct styles and a shared appreciation for honest, expressive food. Seatings begin at 6pm and the feast is priced £205 per person (book online here).
We recently visited Brooklands for the second night of this year's Three Chefs, Three Feasts six-hands dinner, where Bosi shared his kitchen with Chef David Bizet of L’Oiseau Blanc, The Peninsula Paris and Chef Fatih Tutak of GALLADA at The Peninsula Istanbul. The three celebrated chefs joined forces to offer an immersive dining experience spotlighting the flavours and heritage of their home destinations, with guests indulging in an exquisitely curated six-course tasting menu. Each chef and their team presented a course in turn, showcasing novel dishes and favourite flavours.
With such exciting collaborations between some of the world's greatest chefs, watch this space for what's to come in 2026.
