Tonight sees the penultimate date in Soho favourite Bob Bob Ricard's Ultime Champagne Series, a decadent series of suppers served in The Red Room, dedicated to the world’s most prestigious Champagne houses.
The restaurant is well known for its love affair with fizz; from their iconic ‘Press for Champagne’ button, to vast varieties of flowing bubbly, it's come full circle with an elegant celebration to France's favourite export. The monthly Champagne rotations each spotlight a Champagne house, with a three-course menu crafted by Group Head Chef Mikolaj Nelder for ultimate indulgence. Guests will be led through the experience by a Brand Ambassador, offering complimentary tastings whilst enjoying theatrical moments and storytelling throughout the evenings, inspired by each house’s heritage.
Tonight is the turn of Taittinger, the Champagne house renowned for its high percentage of Chardonnay, as it takes centre stage for an evening dedicated to art and theatre, complete with dramatic displays of sabrage and an exclusive artist’s cuvée from the Salgado collection. The grand finale of The Ultimate Champagne Series unites Bob Bob Ricard with Perrier-Jouët, the maison of Art Nouveau elegance, takes place on Tuesday 2nd December. Guests will enjoy a bespoke three-course menu paired with Perrier-Jouët’s celebrated cuvées, while discovering the house’s Belle Époque heritage in an evening of glamour, gastronomic creativity, and champagne at its finest.
