Go Ape

Go Ape run adventure courses in the heart of the forest at Trent Park for both adults and children. The activities are popular with groups, whether it’s for birthdays, stag dos or corporate team building days. Visitors can choose to explore the forest on a segwayor literally swing from the trees (safely, with super strength harnesses and wires of course).

A typical Go Ape course lasts between 1.5 and 4 hours; prices start from £16 for those under the age of 10, however group adventures and corporate activities have a different price plan. As all the action happens outside take clothes for chilly weather that you don’t mind getting dirty. You don’t need to be particularly strong to do the Go Ape course; as long as you can climb a rope you’ll be ok.
