Explore the fascinating history of Francis Drake's world-famous ship which circumnavigated the globe from 1577 - 1580. The Golden Hinde is an authentic full-size reconstruction or the original. Discover life aboard the ship as the crew faced the hardships of sailing in the 16th century. A range of events take place on the ship from family activities to live music evenings. There is also the opportunity to join a family sleepover and experience the famous voyage as sailors with fun imaginative role play. The Golden Hinde is available for school trips, children's parties, private events, and weddings.
