Cosy alcoves with banquette seating and steel neons create an 'Alice in Wonderland' meets 'Star Wars' ambience. The extensive cocktail list is impressive, with the house speciality 'Fuel Gasoline' notoriously infamous amongst regulars. With soulful R&B, Old Skool Hip-Hop and classic Rare Grooves - Fuel's various DJs keep the 2 dance floors alive. With a 1st floor and basement you're able to choose the music which takes your fancy.

I went there for my birthday. It was an amazing day. We sat in a table right next to the bar on the terrace, enjoyed some nice cocktails and sunshine. Prices ok, not too expensive considering location. We stayed till late and enjoyed fantastic music and great atmosphere. I very much recommend this place.

Our group had problems with entry as a bouncer took a cover charge and then we were asked for another cover charge by management. It was not professional and a very unpleasant experience. We decided to go elsewhere at the end. If you don't want your money stolen at the door do not go here!

I have been previously however and as a girl, it was awful as the club was full of sleazy guys. For every girl there were at least ten guys!

Horrible venue.

Went there for dinner with my girlfriends, we sat in a lovely area surrounded by an aquarium. The happy hour really pays off, cocktails in a jug for only £10 and great pizza! We had actually planned to party somewhere else but went upstairs to the club and partied until after midnight. Had to pay a door charge of £5 when we went to the Fuel Above after 9pm, but it was totally worth it. I really recommend this place, lovely decoration and atmosphere!

We reserved a space for 30 people and we got a tiny space that sat 8 people and had standing space for 2! So I would be careful if you reserve space here.

The bar snacks were over priced and not brilliant (I do not know about the main meals). The nachos in particular should be avoided. The drinks are about standard for this sort of bar - no compliants there but drinks are more expensive than a pub.

I did find that the staff were quite arrogant and were very unhelpful. The bar is divided into two and are quite seperate. After 9pm you have to pay to enter either part (on Fridays), so do not get stuck with half your party in a different part or they will have to pay.

Fuel is a well-known club in Covent Garden all my mates have always raved about it, but I've got to be honest, I was pretty indifferent to it... the music was OK and if you get out onto the roof terrace it's pretty cool as you can see right over Covent Garden... but there was just something missing that made it like any other anonymous London club. Having said that, its size is quite nice and intimate, not a great big sprawling thing with 50 dance floors.
